We all have times in our life that we are feeling down and unmotivated. Sometimes its because we have had a long week at work and just need to relaxed on the couch watching Netflix or maybe it’s simply a rainy gloomy day. However, if we are frequently feeling down, sad, hopeless, lacking motivation or feelings of despair with no optimism for our future, this is a much more serious matter that we might need some help with.
